Nightfire

Life sucks, doesn't it? Well, if you're willing to be crazy enough, maybe it doesn't have to be.

Nightfire is a rules light, narrative tabletop roleplaying game built to run your favorite kinds of cyberpunk stories with a focus on characters who burn bright and burn fast. Play as punks who do crazy shit to feel alive in a high-tech, low-life future!

Each character has a set of Vices - destroying stuff, going fast, getting hurt, and all sorts of other things. As you indulge your Vices, you'll get more and more Exhilarated. Spend this Exhilaration to gain bonuses on rolls to do crazy stuff or heal harm (from the damage you took when doing crazy stuff). But don't let too much build up! If you get too excited, you'll Snap and bad fun things happen.

How far are you willing to push your pressure gauge for a chance at a big play?
What trouble will you get yourself into when that itch isn't being scratched?

The game is in the playtesting stage. The core of the mechanics are set, and work is being done to tweak them and to fill in the rest of the game.
